Junior Fitness Training

As you know to be good at sport and many various sports, you not only have to have the technical, mental and tactical skills, but a big part of it now is the physical skills, speed, endurance, strength, power, agility & flexibility just to mention a few!
So, with this in mind we would like to offer fitness training for the juniors who are really keen on competing.
The fitness will take place on Saturday mornings at 11am to 12pm. It will be taken by Anna Pacholska who has previously taken the fitness training at the club. Anna is originally from Poland and was ranked number six in the world at the 400m hurdles! She has a great background in athletic performance and how to perform at a high level, so she knows what it takes!
The cost of the five sessions starting Saturday 13th January till Saturday 10th February is £40 and we need a minimum of six people signed up for it to take place.
It would be great to get this going again and to add another important building block to the junior programme. If you are interested, please could you sign up below before 10th Jan.
