Caesarean Open And Junior Grade 3 Easter Tournament
We hope you are enjoying the sunshine and have been down to the club to watch the tournament. We are already we are halfway through and have had 142 entries which is amazing. Finals will be taking place on Friday from 10am-5pm, with some of our members playing:

The award presentation will be from 5pm so please come down and congratulate your fellow members, whilst enjoying some sun on the balcony!
Summer Tournament
Following our successful Grade 3 Easter Tournament, we are looking forward to the BNP Paribas Caesarean Summer Tournament which will run from 30th July to 4th August.
We are expecting a great turnout this year with the introduction of the new artificial clay courts.
Entries can be made via the LTA website from the 14th June.
Play Your Way To Wimbledon
We are holding three events this year for the “Play your way to Wimbledon”.
This year the competition has added two new events to the normal 14U Girls and Boys event, these new events are the 11-18 Years Girls and Boys Doubles and the Adult Doubles for both Ladies and Mens.
The events will be taking place at the club on the below dates:
• April 23rd Girls & Boys 18U Doubles -10am to 4pm on the two indoor courts.
• April 30th Women & Mens Doubles -10am to 4pm on the two indoor courts.
• May 21st Girls & Boys 14U Singles - 9am to 4pm outdoors.
To enter the events you need to have a World Tennis Number of 20.0 - 40.9. It is free to enter.

Junior Squads
A reminder to parents of junior members, you would've all received an email (please check junk mail) regarding junior squads for the new term. They will begin again from the 17th April so if you haven't signed your children up yet, please can you do so before the 12th April. Any issues please email the office - club-communications@ctc.club
Artificial Clay Courts- Update
Following the recent EGM decision to proceed with the new courts, we have confirmed the quotes with the suppliers and placed an order with 1st Surface to carry out the work.
We are awaiting final confirmation from the suppliers on delivery dates to confirm the actual opening date for the new courts!
Club Sessions
Just a reminder that there will be no junior club night for the next two Fridays (7th/14th). There is also no Adult Club Afternoon next Wednesday (12th April) and Saturday (15th April). Ladies Clinic, both adult and junior club nights and all junior squads will all begin again after half-term, from the 17th of April.
