Court Sweeping
We’d like to kindly remind members to please sweep the clay courts after play. Sweeping helps maintain consistent playing conditions for all members and shows consideration for the next players coming on court. It only takes a couple of minutes but makes a big difference to the quality and longevity of the courts.
BNP Paribas Open & Junior Grade 3 Summer Tournament 2025
A reminder that our Open and Junior Grade 3 Summer Tournament, sponsored by BNP Paribas, is taking place next month. This is an LTA Tournament and gives all the tennis players in the island a great opportunity to experience such a tournament held under LTA Rules.
When: Sunday 3rd August - Friday 8th August 2025
Entries Close: 20th July at 10am
Withdrawals: 22nd July at 10am

Junior Squads
All parents of junior members should've now all received an email regarding junior squads for the new term. They will begin again from the 8th of September and sign ups can be made via the link in the email to secure their space.
If your children can no longer attend squads, please let us know so we can give their space to other children on the waiting list. Any questions please email club-communications@ctc.club
11s Tournament
Join us for a fun, fast-paced afternoon of tennis with our 11-Point Tournament! Open to adults and juniors 13 years+
When: Sunday July 27th from 12-4pm
Price: Members: £10, Non-Members: £15
No serves, quick matches – just pure competition. Players race to 11 points in each round, making it the perfect warm-up for the Summer Tournament ahead.

Courtside Quiz Night
Courtside Cafe will be hosting a quiz night on Friday 18th July from 7pm, run by quizmaster Colin Adams in aid of Cancer Research Relay for Life Jersey. Entry is £16 per person (teams of four or more) so bring your team and test your knowledge whilst enjoying a meal of either:
BBQ Ribs and Chips
9x Wings and Chips (hot/spicy/bbq)
Pierogi (Polish dumplings with meat or cheese and potato)
Schabowy (pork chop with mash potatoes and salad)

In Memory of Caroline Ibbet
We are saddened to share the news that previous club member Caroline Ibbet has sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with Caroline's family and friends at this difficult time.
If anyone would like to attend Caroline's funeral, it will be taking place at the crematorium on Friday 25 July 2.30pm. No flowers please, charity to be confirmed if people wish to make a donation. Dress code is bright colours - pink if possible; pink outfits for ladies and pink shirts for men. There will also be a wake in town to follow. Venue to be confirmed
