Court Bubbles

We’re pleased to confirm that the courts are fine and playable following the recent storm. Although the bubbles withstood the weather on this occasion, this should not be taken as an indication of their long-term reliability. Events like this underline the challenges of relying on bubbles as a permanent indoor tennis solution.

We understand that opinions may differ; however, the club remains committed to finding a more secure and durable option. Work will therefore continue to explore long-term, future-proof solutions for indoor facilities.

New Indoor Court Facility

The Indoor sub-committee would like to extend an invitation to club members to attend a meeting on Thursday 29th January at 19.00 at the club, so that they can give an update as to the progress of the permanent indoor court facility, which will be replacing the temporary winter bubble.

We very much look forward to seeing you at the meeting on the 29th January. 

Ladies’ Bathroom Update

We’re pleased to let you know that all work has now been completed, and the ladies’ bathrooms are fully open and ready to use. We think they look fantastic, and we’d like to give a huge thank you to Wayne and his team for doing such a brilliant job! 

In addition, the disabled toilet is also open and available for use again.

Dingles Tournament

Join us on Sunday 22nd February, 11am–2pm for our fun and fast‑paced Dingles Tournament! Enter with a partner and enjoy timed, round‑robin matches with a unique singles‑plus‑doubles scoring twist.

Junior Tennis Camps

Our Junior Tennis Camps are back for half-term! These camps are a great way to get your kids to have fun, make new friends and stay active during the half-term! Suitable for all levels and for ages 5-10.

Running from 9am-1pm, 16th-22nd February and open to both members and non-members for £30 per day or £130 for a full week (save £20!)
