Indoor Court Facility - Planning Application

Following the meeting held on the 29th January, we are pleased to announce that the formal application was submitted to planning on the 13th February. This application is to replace the temporary winter bubble with a permanent shed structure and went live on the planning website on Tuesday 24th March.
As mentioned at the meeting, we wrote to Deputy Steve Luce to request a reduction in the fee for our application. Unfortunately, he would not grant this reduction as he does not support 'not-for-profit organisation's', only registered charities. He was not prepared to make an exception.
We would please now very much like you to support the application, below is the link for you to register your support, by 14th April.
They will require your name, address and your email address, and in your own words that you support the application.

The JEP had contacted John at MS Planning, he has commented and this was posted on the Jersey Bailiwick website, below is the link for your information:
We can confirm that the fee for MS Planning to submit the planning application has been very generously paid by an anonymous sponsor.
We will update you once we have heard back from planning with regard to their decision.
