We wish to advise members that your current membership will expire on 31st March. The new membership year begins on 1st April and we attach the membership rates and categories for 2024/2025 which were approved at the AGM in November 2023. Invoices will be sent out this week and payment should be made via BACS or by card in the office.
Members will be pleased to know that we have dropped the late payment fee and instead are offering an early bird discount if membership is paid in full before 30th April. Any payments made after the 1st May will have to be paid at the full price. We have also dropped the requirement for parents to join as a Social Member to support 10&U juniors. However, should you remain as a non-playing member (formally social member) you will be entitled to discount at Bella's in the clubhouse and you will also benefit by being eligible to vote at meetings. Please note, that parents are still required to be present on site with children under 10 for safeguarding. Bella’s cafe is open to all for refreshments whilst on site.
